SERVICES & FEES Jonathan Nowak has been "Commissioned by the State of California, sworn under Oath by the County of Los Angeles, to serve the citizens of the State of California as a Notary Public." As a mobile notary public signing agent for the State of California, Jonathan Nowak is available to assist with all Notary Public needs. STANDARD RATES Standard: - $10.00 per signature, plus travel. Loan Signing - $75-125*  Travel Fees -  $50 within Los Angeles - Inquire about other areas. *Jonathan Nowak is certified by the National Notary Association, so you can rest assured that your loan documents will be properly signed and notarized, and returned in a timely manner. Mr. Nowak works directly with lenders at a rate of $125 ($150 if over 25 miles) and is also available as an independent contractor for signing agencies. Please e-mail for more details.
